Flash 8 - CONTACT FORM NOT WORKING

Hi
I have finished my flash 8 website and its now up and online - however the contact page has 2 problems I need sorting ASAP and my flash knowledge is a bit limited in this area:
1. the rollover on contact form page - when you press needs to create a new email page for the user defaulted to our email address - no matter what the user has as a default email (outlook, mail, entourage...whatever) it works but not consistently and I don't seem to be getting mail through
2. the contact form - when filled out you press send but again I do not get any mail - it also opens up a sent message on another tab and i'd rather it just opened up another box within the site...
Mailing does work just not through site - please just people who have experience with flash 8/mailing forms
