Fix search box with filter problem

An adult website has nearly been completed and a search box with a drop down filter has been implemented. There are two problems that need addressing:

1) layout of the search box. For some reason the layout does not work when implemented into the website, the dropdown element of the filter works OK, it is only the initial layout that has the problem.
2) display output of the search criteria. Once a viewer selects their seach criteria the output needs porting to the main index page for display, the coding needs doing for this.

All the rest of the coding is complete and is running fine, It is just these two areas that need looking at and should only require a few hours of coding by a programmer.

Please only bid if you understand and accept the following:

1) this is an adult tube site with graphical content
2) that you understand smarty config PHP
3) that you understand forms and search parameters

URL etc will only be given to the succcessful applicant. Please supply examples of work that you have already undertaken.
