Description of every page/module: On this website http://www.ilivelifelong.com all those interested in finding out more information would add their email address into the right hand email capture but all their emails were going to my personal email address ilivelifelong1@gmail.com

A freelancer said he could fix it to make sure all emails go from my website (as above) to my mailchimp auto responder, great i said
But he was unsuccessful and now ZERO emails are being sent to my personal email address NOR my auto responder.

Please help
