Fix layout/design issue in Wordpress theme and optimize Buddypress Search

Hello, we are looking for a seasoned Buddypress/Wordpress Developer to take over a project where most of the work has been done applying a new WP theme and installing / developing some new plugins. We have hit some issues with optimizing Buddypress with the current developers and would like to invite you to pitch for the remainder of the work.

Outstanding work packages we have are:

Optimise Budddypress search code
Change layout of BB search results
Make sure that users imported from another DB are mapped correctly to BB extended profiles
Develop or leverage Newsletter functionality
Develop or leverage mobile/tablet view of site using existing theme look and feel (would suit adaptive web design/progressive enhancement approach)
Fix layout issues on blog site (minor)
Site currently sits on Amazon Web Services, so knowledge of AWS would be extremely advantageous

This project is now very urgent, so people who can start ASAP are a priority.
