Fix issues with js and php calls

Hi,

Look at this: https://pcworkshopslondon.co.uk/task/index.html
and at this: https://pcworkshopslondon.co.uk/project2/index.html
They work as expected.
But, I then move the JS file to the js folder.
Now it does NOT work!

Task :
*** Both projects above should be fixed so that the js file is moved to the js folder and the correct data is still returned.

To help you:

It always returns GB, the default.
I have in the php: $username = isset($data['username']) ? $data['username'] : 'GB';
It always returns GB data

Required folder structure:
** Favicon, index.html and php in root folder,
** css in css folder,
** js in the js folder.
This folder structure cannot be changed.

Interaction:
** Js is called from index.html.
** The js file calls the php file.
** The php file request data from the Geonames api and returns is to js that sets values to innerhtml on the index.html.

Hosting
** The working code should be tested on my godaddy hosting, and work there!
** I will supply ftp details.
