Fix HTML domain checker so that it checks domains without redirect

General information for the website: Domain Checker
Description of requirements/features: I have WHMCS and a seperate domain checker page independent from WHMCS although I would like for the domain checker to check if a domain is available before it redirects, if a domain is not available then an error will displayed if a domain is available then it will redirect the user to the order page on WHMCS, at the moment it just redirects straight to WHMCS without checking if the domain is available or not. This is a smallish job so dont bother sending stupid offers.
