Fix Contact Form on a Website

Hi,

We need to fix a contact form on a website. Basically it uses a form submission services and all the forms are routed through that service. We want to amend the code so that all forms are send to an email address directly.

You can view the site at www.focusdentalclinic.co.uk. It's the form on the main banner on all pages and the contact us form.

The job is straightforward and should not take more than an hour. But we need it done asap.
