Fix a problem with SQL/asp and an NT server

I'm looking for someone who can help us urgently with a problem we've hit with our custom-made database. It's SQL and in asp. It used to have the ability to download searches as .csv but since moving it to a new server it doesn't.
The asp is getting a JavaScript request for a CSV file output. It seems to be a legitimate request, but something (possibly the NT server?) is blocking the output. It just repeats the java request back to the client.
We only discovered this because we've just agreed to provide data to a PR partner and I went to download the data and failed, so it's quite a pressing problem!! My colleague has been fighting it all weekend, so might be able to do it with phone advice/support from someone who knows how. Alternatively, we are in Cambridge.
