Fix a problem

Have a problem with my website - I no longer have a relationship with the original designers. My front page is showing my images stacked up under each other rather than one image, then scrolling to the next automatically. The individual property pages are also showing as mirror imaged. Finally, my admin se ction has various sections to it accessed by a dropdown menu. These are not dropping down so almost inpossible to use. Not tech savvy at all but looks like a problem with java/media. looking to get fixed today if possible.
