'Fiverr' like marketplace Web App for iOS/Android

General information for the website: Ability to make a profile, post tasks/jobs, search, message each other and payments
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: Design elements can be absolutely plain and simple, I will design it myself later on.

I expect a bottom tab bar which is standard among apps and a side menu bar with navigation. You can use free libraries like materialize for this.

The app needs a simple back-end - use any system you like as long as it is easy to manage.

Essentially it would be a kind of clone of fiver . com. A simple market place to buy and sell jobs or products.
