Fishing social catch report

i want a website which has 2 pages
a form page which will allow a user to enter their peg number, fish weight in lbs and oz, upload an image of the fish and put a time they caught it.

page 2 a leaderboard page
when the user submits the form it will add the data to this page. if their is date in the table with the same peg number then the total weight of fish gets added together, it will also show the image of the larges fish caught next to each row and also show how many in total that peg number has caught.
it will be ordered by largest total amount.

to access the site the user has to type in a simple username and password which will be the same for each user at this point a peg number will be asked and this will be stored in the session for 72 hours so on the form peg number is already pre filled.

if the user makes an error when the submit they can edit their last submission.
