Finish up a simple interactive project

I have done a skeleton of the project. But I need help for:

1) Finishing up the project from the 1st step to the last step. (I have included a folder of the project steps)

2) In the folder attached : That's what I have done so far. It's pretty messy and not really modular. I need someone to reorganize my code.

3) As you can see the images are pretty complex. I DONT NEED you to slice them (as I'm giving you in JPEG form) Just use a solid colour backgrounds for now and I will replace them with images myself in the future. I just need to have a working interactive, step by step.

4) In my code there's a grid of blue squares. For that part - it's connected to the when user makes a pledge. So when user makes a pledge, it will flip to the back (red).

5) make it as responsive as possible if can.

Again like I mentioned above. I don't need you to slice the images. I just need to see that the interactivity of the web page is working like the step by step photos I have in the folder. Just use solid/gradient colours.

Please read the requirements and CHECK the FOLDER I attached before writing me your proposal. Put in your queries about the project when you write me your proposal.

I don't need this urgently. You can take up to a week. Of course if you could finish it before then it would be great!
