Finish converting an html4 page to html5/css3

I started converting a page from an existing clients website, thats in pretty sloppy html4 into semantic html5/css3/bootstrap.

I got the majority of the html done. The css hasn't been started.

Finish the conversion so it looks reasonably close to the clients initial page while changing the html I wrote as little as possible.

Major tasks left:

Convert the footer to sticky footer
Extend the sidebar the length of the page
Match the visual style of initial page
Match the text size, color, and weight



Project is only for one page.
Preference given to developers who have similar examples available and can complete in 12-24 hours.

HTML will be uploaded after project is accepted.
