Final tweaks to web design - Jquery / PHP / Responsive

General information for the website: Brief for new gym website is 90% complete - Just needs some JS and HTML related final tweaks
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: I have nearly completed the brief for an 8 page gym website. It uses the CoolKitten responsive framework, with some additional Jquery animation for the menu. Unfortunately i'm running out of time, and i know someone fluent in JS and HTML will find the final parts quicker to complete than me.

IMPORTANT - The website is to be integrated into WordPress, but this brief does not include that phase. It is purely to get the HTML working across main browsers and tweaks below fixed.

List of tweaks required:
Modal window on email signup - stop quirk of the page reloading and complete CSS for layout of elements.
Embedded Google Map - colourize as per brief, and add custom dropped pin. Allow two maps to appear on FindUs page.
Add carousel on About page. Scrolls images horizontally, when clicked a lightbox shows the image larger. Please see brief.
Text on button on most pages appears faint in some Windows browsers.
Blog - add HTML for comments sections on main blog and post template as per brief.
IMPORTANT - correct CSS so that view on iphone matches brief / looks acceptable on every page.
