File upload (redux form)

I have website (react with node js) and need to setup a redux form with upload field and store into mongo db.

The problem:
- When the file is uploaded and sent to redux state as formValues, it stores the data as FileList.

What do I need:
- Store the "name" value, this is inside the FileList array.


I am attaching the 3 files needed to understand this task.

1) NewsForm.js
That contains the redux-form

2) NewsFormReview.js
That contains the confirmation data (page) after the form button click.

3) NewsCreatePage.js
Contains the state to access the NewsFormReview.js page

Also attached the state object screen on upload attempt.
