Figma to HTML / Tailwind CSS (Urgent)

Dear All,

I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with taking Figma designs and making HTML components using Tailwind 3. I have plenty of work to do on this project, so this is an initial test.

I am looking for someone to complete this within the next 24 or 48 hours.

This project will likely lead to others in the immediate short term.

I require someone to take this Figma, and put it in a HTML component. It must be styled with Tailwind 3, no inline CSS and no SASS or CSS modules. Details are noted in the Figma. Please ask all questions here! :-)

I've got several other components to get done but want to see quality of work from this one.
