Facebook page design in HTML and implementation

We are looking for facebook page design in HTML and implementation in our facebook profile, basically 4 or 5 pages which will include a welcome page and 3 custom tab pages,

1. Welcome page, (a nicely designed attractive welcome page with company profile with IT support form, design will be based on pacificinfotech.co.uk/it-support-uk (not exactly this design and animation but I am only mentioning so that you get the idea), motto is to attract customer with ‘40% cost cutting in IT support’, this way welcome page structure comes as (top animation > then Company profile > then IT support form), we need to gather ‘Likes’ from our welcome page. (I like the way ‘Genpect’ is showing ‘Like Us’ http://www.facebook.com/ProudToBeGenpact?sk=app_232039480224161 )

2. White label it support for b2b page, with inquiry form (this page will basically show few images with a text and form)

3. Services page which will include (IT consultancy, Remote IT support, Emergency It support, white label it services, weekend IT support) (here you need to showcase our services as best as you can, find more details of our services on our website ’pacificinfotech.co.uk, we would like to showcase selected services we have mentioned here)

4. Contact page with an Inquiry form
please note facebook pages theme should be as per the theme of our website, pacificinfotech.co.uk, we provide b2b it support with 40% cost cutting, so specially the welcome and other pages in facebook should reflect the same and will be the major point to attract customers and get likes,

Important Points to Note:
You will outsource images where ever required and use dummy text, clean HTML/CSS coding is required with good form functionality, we also require PSD file of the HTML design you create
