Ezine flash platform - Upload pictures, add animated hotlinks, save app/pc

I have e-Zine platform designed (nothing too complicated but average as most of e-Zines out there), but as I don't have Adobe Flash knowledge I don't know how to add the animated hotlinks, videos etc....

I would send you the magazine PDF and all the other files needed ( Links and adobe flash animated link file and which page they should be added, backgound music, videos, icon so that when you done you can ave the app/pc file with it etc...), so that you can upload it onto the platform, I would also send you the following, and all you would need to do is add pages etc... and the e-zine platform doesn't need to be coded as it is already done.

Once the e-Zine is done and save it as app/pc files so that people can download it via my website, I will also need the ezine flash file, with all the pages, links, and coded done so that I can archive it.

You will need to have Adobe Flash Player CS5 to open the files.

This is a very straight forward and quick job, an after the first one is done I would probably need to have it done on monthly basis.
