Extract Items From Auction Website

I would like a script written in either Python or C# that extract items for sale on eBay. Given the following search criteria:

"Rolex GMT Master II"

I would like to following items captured in a CSV file: -

Mandatory Fields: ItemId, ItemURL, Title, Price, BuyItNowPrice, CanMakeOffer, PostageCost, Description

Optional Fields: Age Group, Brand, Case Colour, Case Material, Case Size, Cerificate, Complications, Department, Display, Face Colour, Features, Gender, Model, Movement, MPN, Seller's Warranty, Strap Colour, Strap Material, Strap Type, Style,Type, Watch Shape, Water Resistance, With Booklet, With Original Packaging, Year, Year of Manufacture

The script will need to be run multiple times.

Please can you provide me an example CSV file with your bid.
