Expert PHP Coder

I need some coding done to my site. I have a site like Yahoo mail. I need some changes added to my site. The bidders must be a expert in PHP. No beginners please. This project must start soon as awarded bid. The winning bidder must give daily updates. The bidder who can work 7 a week gets a plus. You must under stand how yahoo work. 1. Compose message instead of New mail
2. delete,spam.move to button would be replaced at the place of INBOX area
3. left side would be shaded down the page same like as yahoo

4.under the trash (+-) would be replace by Add folder
5.chat,invite,search would be replaced by Online Contacts
6. set status would be removed
7.options and invite (left bottom )button would be removed.
8. hover or mouse hover have to show person’s image beside the person name
9. That means when mouse taken on the name person! (logged person’s name,) drop down menu will appear
(available,busy, invisible, custom message,profile) with different color buttons like yahoo

10.hi ! person name beside there would be Options menu with drop drown (Themes, Mail Options, and Messenger) same like yahoo

11. when person click on drop down menu themes many themes will pop up where the person will select the themes
12.when person click on the mail options on the left side there would be menu like General, Signature , vacation response, blocked addresses, filters.
