Experienced Graphic Designer as Consaultant

I am having a small WordPress Site built and need an experienced graphic designer for continuing consultation. In short look over the shoulder of the developer and consult with me as to what is needed. You will have no contact with builder but give me your opinions of what is being done and what needs to be done. MUST have a degree in graphic design, web experience and impeccable command of English. If you do not have a degree in graphic design, do not even bother to submit a proposal. It will be promptly declined.
