Exit intent pop up for each of my website.

I want to add an Exit intent pop up to two of my webpage (zip files attached below).
I want the pop up to open up when the user scrolls towards the bottom of the page.
The pop up will be like the sign up section - so the texts/wordings just follow like the sign up section in the webpage. The form link to the same form like in sign up section.

I want the pop up to look nice and minimal (so I'm attaching a SAMPLE Style you can refer to)
