Existing website front end reworked and added to

I have had a website created
(Thechildrensentertainersregister co uk)
Which has about 98% of its functionality in place, but looks like a car crash.
The site essentially creates an online listing for children's entertainers, and allows listings to be searched geographically.
I have a basic design for a home page that I'm fairly happy with, that should be reflected in the subsequent pages.

I need someone to:
Change the front end cosmetically
Change the layout for the listings
Create a 'members area' home page
Add a members forum
Add a page with a couple of for sale items.

After the initial changes, there will be some further development, including an arrangement to produce some basic 5 page sites. So there is definately the opportunity for ongoing work.

I think the fee is reasonable, but if you'd rather send a bid, then please do.
