Amends are required for an existing site
1. Email validation requirement removed so members can access the site without having to add a validation code which currently exists as we seem to have issues with spam filters.
2. Menu bar to be moved from the bottom of the page to the top. (This may require a new button design.)
We are looking for someone to handle on-going amends on a long term basis should we be happy with the work done on these amends.
The site was coded originally using VS2003 and runs on a dedicated server running SQL
