Existing piece of web based software that I want to be redesigned

I have an existing piece of web based software that I want to be redesigned as a plug-in to moodle 2. to sit on college and school VLEs. The product is called 'learning portal' and it is simply an interface for students to access topics

the existing learning portal as displayed on is essentially three web based pages. The first is the title page, the second a calendar page and the third the portal page to each topic listed on the calendar page. Looking at Moodle 2 my first title screen is perhaps redundant but could we adapt my approach as a plug in so that a student going to AS History as a course title could click on this heading and enter a new version of my calendar page and into the supporting portal pages. I'd welcome advice and guidance on what is possible.
