Excel/VBA application development

We are trying to put together a excel application using userforms that accesses and modifies an Access database. Also, it would perform a few calculations based on the inputs and have a graphical output.

None of us have much experience in VBA and could use some help finishing this up. We have GUIs (See attachment) and a database put together and some skeletons of code. We just need an expert to help finish it up. It probably wouldn't even take an expert more than and handful of hours to put this together since it's relatively elementary.

We need this done by 4/26. Please let me know if you think you could help with this application and what pricing might look like.
