Excel - Data Rearrangement Required

I have a spreadsheet that contains 43000 rows.

Each row is a product with an option eg

product 1, colour1, size1
product 1, colour1, size2
product 1, colour1, size3
product 1, colour1, size4
product 1, colour1, size1
product 1, colour2, size2
product 1, colour3, size3
product 1, colour4, size4

I need someone to re purpose the data (and give me the instrcution/formula/vba) to enable me to do this myself if I need too.

I need the data to look like: (screen shot attahced )
