Events Websites

I need an activity feeds like the facebook activity column on the right on the page. Things like

Members should be able to rate an event after the event - Only those who have rsvp to an event can rate it.

The website should be able to issue PDF tickets - Admin should be able to create and design the ticket for the events using a template similar to eventbrite or paydro. When you buy a ticket it is automatically sent to your inbox, but you should be able to open it right then and print it if you wish.

As an admin I intend to make some tickets free and give members and option, share the RSVP on facebook and get a free tickets. I can limit that option to maybe a 100 tickets or more depending on the events.

The events can be limited to a number of rsvp or open. The events can be free or paid. The event can be both paid and free (A limited number of free tickets)
The free tickets can be made conditionals - Ladies only or first 100/200 etc... or Share on facebook and get a free ticket. Sometimes people do not get their tickets as an admin, I should be able to retrigger the ticket so it is sent out again to someone inbox, I will pick from a list of the rsvp and retrigger individually.

I can create an event and then trigger the tickets to be sent out to all RSVP at a later date.

Member profile page - Open to suggestions as to what it will look like, but triptrotting.com, joining.com etc... are good references

Payment modules would be paypal and iDeal.
