We have our own backend system written in cakephp 1.3. The main purposes of the current system is to help real estate firms distribute commission. Now we are looking for enchancement. you are expected to complete the following 5 points within 1 month time.

1. Customer list
Table with purchaser/tenant and owner list
Name
Contact
Email
Type (purchaser/tenant, owner)
Involved transaction -address, price
Paginate
Filter by customer info(name, contact, email), type, transaction detail
Editable purchaser/tenant and owner info
Can bulk email

2. Announcement Management (email to agent)

3. Accounting print ledger

4. Improve Excel and pdf function

5. Transaction log and project transaction log (transaction edit, transaction status change, transaction document upload)

- Can you please provide me the URL of your existing website which requires work ?
- How much email's you want to sent in bulk ?
- Regarding the change in information from the backend do you want any notification to be send to the user ?
