Embedded signature

I'd like to have my email contain a signature which includes my name, company name, company logo, company contact details and social media links. The phone numbers should also direct dial.
All the above info should be visible on all devices.
I will supply all information and graphic.
Please let me know fixed cost and any additional details required from myself.
