Email monitoring system

I am looking forward to develop a Email monitoring and delivery architects which should work with Postfix mail server. You can say i want a copy of jamgosmtp.com or smtp.com. Only want the front end I already have the server configured and mail server setup so I am looking for the front end application. Please bid only if you have something similar done previously only experience developer in relevant field and have demo ready to show.
