General information for the website: Working to configure custom HTML email to include XML tags with BazaarVoice Software
Description of requirements/features: Accurately place the required tags into two HTML emails.
Test and optimize the overall compatibility of the emails across all major email providers and clients.
Extra notes: We use BazaarVoice's review software. We are working to implement their tagging system into an already designed and coded email. The email is required to include certain mandatory tags so that the software is able to generate accurate review submission request emails to guests. Bazaarvoice is pulling transaction data from an XML feed and is then sending an email asking guests to review the products they have purchased.
