Elearning course creation in HTML5 or similar

We plan to launch an online training platform next year but before we can launch we are developing the content that will be sold through the platform. The courses that we have developed already are videos which are viewable across all browsers, tablets and smart phones.
However, one course we are keen to add is "Finance for non-Finance Managers". We have a rough version in flash (approximately 2 hours in total) however as flash does not play on iPhones and iPads this format will need to be changed and as a result parts of the the course will need to recreated to keep the interactivity -- it can also be made to be a little bit more "exciting" than it is at the moment...
