Educational Flash Animation

We have had a flash animation completed but not to the required standard and need to have it reworked in time for a client presentation.
The animation is for a mathematics project that delivers lessons with audio, text and graphics (basic) animated in sync with the audio.
The created project that needs to be reworked has been attached. As you will probably see it is rather distracting and does not add to the educational experience. I have a detailed list of animation instructions that have been marked on the audio script to speed up and clarify what we would like to be animated and when. The total length of the audio is 3.5 mins. We also have other animations that have no been started that we would like to have an animation sample created for.
