Edit and improve HTML Template

I need to edit an html template that I have already bought. You can see it at this page: http://themes.uxbarn.com/?theme=kose_html

The current version of the html is 4, it has to be converted in HTML5.

It is very important to maintain the template responsive.

The template will be used for the new home page of a Social Network about food that you can see at http://www.mycookin.com.
It is a new social network where the people can insert recipes and share them with other food lovers.
Description of requirements/features: Here are the tasks.
In the template I downloaded is missing the top and the bottom part. Add them with the same size of the template preview. The small one need to be a little bit bigger (see MyCookin size) .

The logo will be situated on the top-left corner. (See the Paypal website, http://www.paypal.com).

The dark part on the left will be hidden at the first access. It will be used for something that I am going to explain.

In the left part of the body I need to insert and replicate a Search Engine as you can see on http://www.mycookin.com. I mean also the icons that turns on or off and the tooltips showed when you pass the mouse over. I will provide you all the icons for it.
In the top-right corner, I need a Login button and a Sign up button, as on Paypal website.

Clicking on the Login button will appear two textboxes for email and password.

Always looking at Paypal login form, you can notice a question mark in the password textbox.

Clicking on it, the dark panel on the left will appear and it will be used for the login form.
This login form simply need a textbox for the email, a textbox for the password, a checkbox for "stay logged" functionality, and a link for "forgot password".
The text "KOSE" in this case will be changed to "Login".
Everything else on this panel is not necessary.

By clicking on Sign Up, this panel will be used for the registration form with these fields:
Name, Surname, Email, BirthDate, Password.
For the Birthdate field, I need to use the same calendar that is currently used on MyCookin.
All the fields are mandatory, and need to be checked in HTML5 and jQuery, showing a tooltip next to the field not well formatted.
When the registration form is shown, the text "KOSE" will be changed to "Register"
When this panel is open, the search engine has NOT to disappear.

Next to the Sign Up button, I need the "Login with Facebook" button. I need just the HTML, not the implementation of it.

On the right side of the body, where you can see some text changing, I need some pictures changing instead of the simple text. They will be recipe pictures that in the future will be inserted by the users.
They will change like now is changing the text and below the picture I would like the name of the recipe, a user icon with a name and a surname next to it, and a list of ingredients. For this task should be appreciated a simple mockup to approve it (and to do not waste your time)
Below the ingredient list, I would like a link to see the complete recipe (it will be another page that I will realize in the future)
When the screen is reduced, imagine viewing the website from a mobile, the recipes pictures are hidden and it will be showed only the "Login with Facebook" button, the search engine below it, and the bottom part of the website.

In the menu, already done in the template, will be showed the links to Login and Register.

The bottom will contains the links to Terms and Condition, Privacy and Contact (see MyCookin)
Clicking on Contact, the dark part will be used for a Contact form (see MyCookin)
Clicking on Terms and Conditions, the dark part will be used to show a long text with a scroller (see MyCookin)
For Privacy, you can use the same link that you can see on MyCookin.

I would like an “X” on the top-left corner of this dark panel to hide it when the user doesn’t want to view more.

I will also need three flags for Italian, Spanish and English language on the top right corner.

The background color of the top and the bottom need to be white. For the color of the text I can give you the official exadecimal codes for MyCookin.
Extra notes: Everything need to work PERFECTLY on Desktops, Tablets and Mobile phones.
Creativity and fancy to improve with own ideas will be appreciated and it will be considered for further works. Delivery time is quite flexible but I would like to have everything in one week.
