Edit a flash file AS3

I have a flash file that need to be editied to allow for four additional features.

1. When the client makes ANY changes to their area, the administator has notifications of it when he logs in. (Like facebook notification popup). Main thing is uploading, downloading files, feedback and sending in a e-mail. But overall, anything else also.

2. Add a section where client can select a package from a drop down menu and the attached price is sent via paypal to my account from their.

3. When the client is logged in the file already has a facility to e-mail support team. However, I want to make sure this feature works and when an e-mail is sent from client, it includes their details so i know who it is.

4. If chosen, client has send in feedback on service provided. Nothing fancy, can be sent via e-mail. When client chosen, an e-mail is sent to them. When logged in, they click feedback, text box appears, they write their comments and send it to us.

5. Even though administrator can create users, I want the user to create their own account themselves, providing they have an access code. I will input access code into a database. If valid, account is created. However, only when admin permits, the user can upload files.

This needs to be done by Saturday 14th April 2012.
