EBay novice needs help with selling food ingredients

I have made a start with a few products in an eBay shop, but I need an eBay expert to set up around 30 food ingredient products, as a start, and facelift the shop. I am not sure which products to list or how best to list them or how to promote them and so far have only made one sale!
