Drupal site with logbook and geo locations

looking for somebody to help building a site (probably based on drupal to make it in very short time - just module adaptation and etc.) - site will include basic modules as drupal has - stories/news/books/forum and etc.. and also need to adapt (i personaly not familiar with drupal configurations) geolocation or something like it to show specific info layer with details on the map and another module like journal or logbook ..
