Drupal Estate Agent Site

We are looking for a Drupal Developer to build a Estates Agent Website.

We have a design and will provide the install of Drupal alongside the HTML and CSS which we can template into the Drupal system.

A basic features of the front end site:
- Ability to choose rent or for sale
- search properties based on post code and town (we understand other costs might be involved for drive by distance)
- search on price or other attributes
- ability to view the available properties and filter on attributes
- click onto the property to view more info and then a contact button which will contact the seller.
- ability to sign up an account for updates etc
- ability for agents to sign up to enter property details

backend adminsitration
- agents have a form to upload new properties, images, location, details, floor plans etc
- agents can delete, update there properties
- profile for agents to update contact details shown on front end site
- admin can view all properties and edit, delete
- admin can control and ammend agent users and customer user accounts

This project will start ASAP and will be needed to be complete within 2 - 3 weeks.
