Drupal 7 Template / Homepage Build

I need a homepage created using a custom template preferably sub-themed from the Zen theme. As you can see from the wireframe document there are 3 areas that need slideshow scrollers, the content of these is not really important just yet as they are just placeholders at the moment. I will supply images.

I need the background around the main content grid to be dynamic, selectable from within Drupal 7.

The menu would need to be styled similar to this site :-

All in all quite a simple project but as my schedule is 100 percent full at the moment I just do not have the time to code this.

This is a very urgent project so only apply if you can start work straight away and get something delivered as soon as possible.
