Do a Symfony PHP assessment test for a long term collaboration

Description of requirements/features:

For a long term collaboration we're looking for a PHP developer that is highly experienced in Symfony PHP (2 + 3).

Other skills you must possess:
- speak English fluently
- implement DRY and SOLID in your daily work
- be serious about testing
- have experience in working in a team
- having an open, honest mindset and the will to always come to a solution

Nice, but not required:
- have experience with working in a small, distributed team

To assess your knowledge and expertise we're inviting you to do an assessment under the form of a small app. For the record: we will not be using this app in production. It's only meant for testing your abilities. You can keep all rights on the app.

Why don't we use a standard online assessment test? We believe this only tests your actual knowledge, not your way of working, analytic thinking, etc.

Once we selected you to do the assessment, we will give you access to the repository.
You have max. 12 hours to do the assessment. Because we know time is money we will give a flat fee of 40 USD for doing the assessment.
We will evaluate your assignment and do a call with you. If we continue to collaborate, all future assignments will go then through PPH. We prefer to work in the latter case with an hourly rate ranging up till 45 USD.
