DNN set up on dedicated server

Hi there,

I\'m looking to set up a dedicated server with Fasthost and I\'d like someone to:

- set up DNN on the server,
- transfer my existing DNN websites to the new server
- set up remote access to this server so I can add domain names
- add a small number of php forms to this server (including conversion tracking codes)
- add a small number of pop up pages to the websites i.e. terms and conditions link on the php form

I will need ongoing assistance with DNN going forward. I am seeking someone with a good knowledge of DNN and is able to respond and work quickly and efficiently.
