General information for the website: Django, local work outsourcing portal
Num. of web pages/modules: 6-10
Description of requirements/features: I'm looking for a developer with a knowledge of Django framework to expand my existing website, by adding few new features and pages. There is definitely more work coming soon so hopefully it would be more than a one shot cooperation.
The website is a similar outsource portal to Upwork / PPH but much simpler. Many features have already been developed, ie. Freelancer signup and some static pages.
The new features would include:
- Freelancer profile
- Freelancer account pages
- Chat (messaging with other users). To make it work as a live chat, I supppose you will need to display incoming messages in real time in browser, ie with Socket IO, AWS SNS or other technology that you'll find suitable.
It would be ideal, however not necessary if you could develop the front-end pages in Bootstrap as well. If not please still do apply, it's not a problem.
There are going to be several pages (about 4-5) that we don't need functionality for (just front-end) and possibly displaying some dummy data.
I'm looking to start very soon, please apply and I'll share more details/mockups - I'll need you to sign an NDA if that's alright.

Which version of Django is the site running on? I ask because it does make a difference to the work required.
