We a small startup that has an MVP site, clients and looking an intermediate to Expert developer that is located in the UK to help further refine the development and to add new features.

We will provide you with a specification document,

Development requirements:
->add login for different user type
->Add subscription model
->User permissions and access feature
->Add videos to analytics points
->Implement a way for clients to upload videos
->Reporting features to download analytic data
-> Implement a new front end look


Process:
Running an agile process:
->We have user stories. We will be working with you to provide estimates and to plan each sprint
->Daily stand upon what has been done and will be done
->A day to introduce you to the project and to plan

Requirement:
Knowledgeable with Python, Django and Javascript (front end)
Good communicator: We will be using slack, skype to communicate daily
Someone that enjoys what they do and produce good quality code
