Using data from this XML feed: "http://xmlfeed.laterooms.com/index.aspx?aid=1000&rtype=3&hids=263765&sDate=2012-07-19&nights=1" I would like certain fields to be entered onto a web spreadsheet (copy enclosed). The XML feed will need to be run 7 times to pull the data for the next seven day. You can change the date string in the URL of the XML feed to pull the data for the days you require.
Basically the data if for my Serviced Apartment in Cardiff and I would like the room prices for the next seven days to be shown on a grid. Some of the roms have been taken so in the XML feed you will see the word "FULL" instead of a payment amount.
Once the XML feed has been run for the current day and the next 6 days the spreadsheet can be populated as per the pdf mockup attached.
Once the spreadsheet has been populated I would like an email sent to the email address on the pdf if anyone of the price trigger amounts in the spreadsheet is above the trigger price.
I appreciate I will have to refresh this data manually until I can find a server to set up a Chron Job. If you have any questions please let me know. I think this is quiet a simple job and the layout won't be too taxing. Thanks.
