Discount card Website

Hi

I need someone to create a small ecommerce site selling a discount cards.

The site should show the list of the venues the cards is valid for discount at similar to this one http://www.nus.org.uk/en/nus-extra/

The admin section should be easily editable to add new discount deals

The site should allow some of the deals to be highlighted as recommended deals

The site should allows merchant and vendors to join in - Fill their details including details of the discount they are willing to offer and the amin should approve before it goes live. There will be options for the merchant after filling in the event to request it to be featured by paying a fee online.

The online featuring options should be charged according to timeline of the discount deal - click feature for a week and get charge accordingly, a month, etc...

The payment module should bee iDeal and Paypal
