Devise a simple Excel summary of the marks a list of referee's get per game at football

I have a list of names of people, for each instance of the name I have a mark between 0 & 100 (Football Referee's), I need all of these instances to be calculated into an average per person.

I want to be able to extend the list every week month as more marks are received and to then give a new average and the number of instances the person has referereed. I nee some kind of macro that I can just extend the list and recalculate - new names could be added, so some kind of name recognition look up, that calculates the average against that name, and the count of the number of marks received

Output should look like
Name Average No of marks
John Smith 72 15
