Development of existing Website based on Wordpress.

We have a client who has spent 2 years preparing a Project. The website was created by a company that has gone out of business and they are using a foreign based developer which is not satisfactory.

It is basically a membership site with significant ongoing activities that need recording and actioning.

The site is working but needs completing and upgrading to cope with future demands. The creative design aspect has been done and the client is happy.

There are a number of sequential requirements:

1. Check out the existing site to determine what technically needs to be done to improve it. In particular they could have a need for a database with tens of thousands of entries. Is MySQL capable?

2. Develop the site with particular reference to automating email responses to various events/tasks.

3. Ongoing maintenance and development of the site.
