Developemtn required - need .NET developer with experience with Sharepoint

Hi,

I am looking to build a microsite that will be hosted on our company sharepoint intranet and would like quotes for how much you would charge for this.

It needs to be able to do the following:

Users:

- Allow users to submit feedback about the company via a form
- Select whether the feedback is from Employee, Public or a 'Great Idea'
- Fill out personal details, or leave anonymous if they choose
- Allow users to take polls and view results
- Allow users to access all of this information on individual pages as well as via feeds on the homepage (as per my diagram)

Admin:

- Allow admin to update News
- Allow admin to update banner (as per my diagram)
- Conuct polls
- Download data from feedback forms and polls easily

General:

- The site also needs to be secure
- Display responsively on mobile and tablet
- We will be providing the design, we just you to build it

Please note this will be on a sharepoint server; so must have experience with this. And I believe that sharepoint web parts should be built in .NET?
