Develop and maintain Dolphin 7 site

The current developer I have working on this site is unfortunately not able to complete the job. I am looking for a person to complete the build, and then long-term to undertake ongoing revisions, maintenance and support.

The right candidate will be experienced with Dolphin, with good PHP, MySQL, CSS, animation and other required programming skills, as well as better-than-average ability to accurately translate the aesthetic elements of the graphic design provided.

I would be looking for a fixed quote to complete the site, then a separately contracted rate for the ongoing work.

The current developer will complete the bulk of the membership permissions, but the new developer will need to complete those which require special programming.

The other remaining major programming task is to create sorting and filtering options for member search returns. One main function will be an algorithm for membership profile matching, whereby the user will have the option of sorting their search returns according to matching characteristics on some 50 different personal profile criteria.

The other main function will be optional sorting of search returns according to scores delivered by a Relationship Compatibility Assessment, separately hosted on SurveyMonkey. com. That survey is being licensed from the owner, so a branded page will have to be created on SurveyMonkey for our site to use.

There will also be a handful of miscellaneous minor filters needed for the search returns.

The new developer will also have to complete the shopping cart, CSS on inner pages, and other necessary customization of site architecture and page layout. The site must be made cross-browser compatible for all current browsers, and back to IE 6 and Firefox 3

Complete details of the work required can be provided once a provisional quote is accepted, and a Non-Disclosure Agreement signed.
